Note:20 ng of fragmented NadPrep Multigene Methyl Control series were used for pre-library preparation with NadPrep Methyl Library Preparation Module v2 and NadPrep Methyl Stubby Adapter (UDI) Module v2 (for Illumina®), followed by bisulfite conversion using NadPrep DNA Methyl Bisulfite Conversion Module. A total of 500 ng of each pre-library was used for hybrid capture with μCaler Hybrid Capture Reagents v2 and μCaler EMS Panel v1.0.
