●  Custom panel design
In addition to probe design for human, rat, mouse and other species with reference genome, we can provide customized panel design for other applications, such as virus capture, methylation capture, etc. 
●  Methylation capture 
Bisulfite or enzymatic treatment is frequently employed in methylation analysis to convert methylation information into base changes. Sequencing costs can be significantly reduced by target capture of regions with methylation status altered. 120 nt biotinylated DNA capture probes can accommodate 7 bp mismatches if there are methylation changes at multiple sites. We can help in custom design targeting double strands after conversion. 
● Virus capture 
Targeted viral sequencing can help in viral detection and characterization for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. We can help in custom design for Epstein-barr virus (EBV), Human papillomavirus (HPV), Hepatitis B virus (HBV), etc.
