Note: Sample type: gDNA, sequencing platform: MGISEQ-2000, PE100, BWA was used to align raw reads to reference genome (GRCh37, hg19) and calculate on-target rates by using reads aligned to the panel regions and flanking sequences. The protocol refers to Hybridization Capture of DNA Libraries (for MGI), V1.5.
